About the practice
A place to get curious, together.
Therapy can be a place to understand the story your mind and body have been telling—and to decide what you want the next chapter to hold.
The starting point
You are the expert on your experience.
I provide therapy to adults and couples working through grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, and the layered experience of neurodivergence.
Our work begins with listening closely: to your words, your patterns, your relationships, and the signals your body may be sending. We make space for what is difficult without losing sight of your strengths, preferences, and capacity for change.
This is an LGBTQ+ friendly practice. You do not need to edit your identity, relationship, or story to be met with care here.
How we may work
Evidence and embodiment can sit at the same table.
CBT
Evidence-based cognitive behavioral techniques can help us notice patterns, test new perspectives, and practice useful change between sessions.
Somatic practices
We can gently include the body in the conversation, building awareness of nervous-system responses and what helps you feel more present.
IFS & parts work
A curious, compassionate look at your inner parts can soften shame and create more room for choice, boundaries, and self-trust.
